If the above customer receives, in writing, within (30) days of contract date, a lower price by a qualified contractor, as defined in this agreement. American Home Exteriors will refund directly to the customer the price difference between the two contractors.

Contractor Qualifications:

1. Must have an established office (working out of vehicles and residences does not qualify) and they must have a minimum of 5 employees.
2. Be fully insured and carry a minimum of $2,000,000.00 public liability insurance, and $500,000.00 worker’s compensation insurance. Contractor must furnish a copy of their Certificate of Insurance.
3. Must control and supervise workers and cannot broker jobs out to sub-contractors, they must be company employees.
4. Vinyl & window installers must be certified, and contractor must furnish in writing a non-prorated Lifetime Warranty on materials and labor.
5. Must use the same quality of material or better and warranties must be equally as good or better.
6. Submit exact specifications on materials and application methods including manufacturers name, gauge, weight, or model. Their offer must be in writing and must comply with federal regulations on rescission notices, and the Moss-Magnuson Warranty Act.
7. Be a member in good standing with the Better Business Bureau.
8. In the event of a dispute over Contractor Qualifications, American Home Exteriors has agreed in advance to let the Better Business Bureau arbitrate with their decision being final.
